Our 900 square foot space is perfect for creative photo/video projects, retreats, group gatherings, and more.
Primarily used as a creative photo studio, we’ve decked out our space with a variety of unique props and pieces. All available for use or easily movable to accommodate your needs!
Located in the historic Dana Warp Mill - our unique, open concept space includes:
Vaulted ceilings
6 large windows that let in loads of natural light
A beautiful view of the river
Historic hardwood floors
A white brick wall + numerous additional backdrops
Various vintage pieces of furniture & handpicked antique decor items
A moving barnboard wall
A cast iron tub, large gold framed mirrors, and so much more!
Additional Information & Details:
Parking: Free onsite parking and street parking
Accessibility: There are ramps at the front entrance and an elevator for loading equipment.
Lighting: The studio features 6 large windows that let in lots of natural light. We have blinds and curtains so you can control the amount of light coming in.
Bathrooms: There are bathrooms located on our floor
Privacy: Our space is on the third floor with views of the river, so it’s tucked away nicely from the street!
Supplies: We have chairs, tables, a projector, a speaker for music, a mini fridge, microwave, and so much more!
Can comfortably host up to 20 people.
