  • Our 900 square foot space is perfect for creative photo/video projects, retreats, group gatherings, and more.

  • Primarily used as a creative photo studio, we’ve decked out our space with a variety of unique props and pieces. All available for use or easily movable to accommodate your needs!

Located in the historic Dana Warp Mill - our unique, open concept space includes:

  • Vaulted ceilings

  • 6 large windows that let in loads of natural light

  • A beautiful view of the river

  • Historic hardwood floors

  • A white brick wall + numerous additional backdrops

  • Various vintage pieces of furniture & handpicked antique decor items

  • A moving barnboard wall

  • A cast iron tub, an antique piano, large gold framed mirrors, and so much more!

Additional Information & Details:

  • Parking: Free onsite parking and street parking

  • Accessibility: There are ramps at the front entrance and an elevator for loading equipment.

  • Lighting: The studio features 6 large windows that let in lots of natural light. We have blinds and curtains so you can control the amount of light coming in.

  • Bathrooms: There are bathrooms located on our floor

  • Privacy: Our space is on the third floor with views of the river, so it’s tucked away nicely from the street!

  • Supplies: We have chairs, tables, a projector, a speaker for music, a wardrobe rack, a steamer, mini fridge, microwave, and much more!

  • Can comfortably host up to 20 people.

Studio Rental Pricing

  • $100/hr

    2 hr minimum

  • We offer 25% off for bookings for 8 hours or more
